Shoah, Holocaust, Final solution Nazis, Hitler, Germany Poland, Hungary, Jews
Nazi experiments, total darkness, sadism How could normal people
Poland Hidden, hunted, hell, starve How the final solution was done
Auschwitz Gas chambers, killing, dead, prisoner’s number I put them in the oven
Journey infections, painful, cold We will be shot
Dachau Special pitts, mass graves, crematorium To be burnt, wiped out
Where is god? Screaming, eternity, man against man Americans! Americans!
Freedom Eat as many damn oranges as you want regeneration, Holy place
The first stanza is the holocaust itself line two of it are the instigators and line three are the victims. The second stanza is about the cruelty of the monstrous nazis. The third is about Poland a major target of the Final Solution as many Jews lived there. The fourth, fifth, and six represent the time that they were locked up in the camps and their hardship on their death marches. The seventh is about a return of hope after what seemed like an eternity of suffering. The last is about the jews return to happiness and normality after they have suffered for so long.
